HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect information about you directly when you voluntarily provide the information to us by submitting request forms on our website.

We collect certain information automatically as you navigate our website. The information we automatically collect about you includes information about your IP address, your operating system, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date & time you visited our site.

Our website may also use cookies or other storage technology. A cookie is a small data file placed on the storage drive of your computer or mobile device. Cookies may be refused by adjusting the settings in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA

Information that we collect about you directly will be used to contact you about our products and services, for our regular business purposes (e.g. billing and collection of accounts receivable), and to help us to do business with you (e.g. purchasing products from our partners, vendors and affiliates to complete our projects). Information we use for billing and accounts receivable will be retained for as long as you have an account with us. Information you provide us via our contact forms will be retained for 60 days from the date of your last contact with us, after which it will either be anonymized (all personal data will be scrubbed from our data) or removed completely from our servers

Information we collect automatically (e.g., server access logs) is used for website security, troubleshooting and compliance with legal orders. Access logs are kept for up to 30 days, after which they are anonymized and deleted (removed) from our servers.

When you provide contact information (e.g. telephone numbers, email addresses) through our forms, we will use the information you provide to us so that we may contact you. If you wish to be contacted by a certain method, please use one of the following phrases or similar wording in your form submission: “mail contact only”, “e-mail/telephone/sms preferred,” or “no contact by email/telephone/sms”. We will respect any preferences you express to us in your submission.

We use certain external APIs to provide rich functionality on our website. These external APIs may collect and/or store information about you. If any service stores or collects or stores any information about you it is done in accordance with the Privacy Notices of the respective services in use.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We never disclose or sell your data to any third-party for any purpose outside of disclosures needed for us to conduct business with you (e.g. billing or collection activities, to order products and services on your behalf, or the referral and/or sale of severely delinquent accounts to an outside collection agency). You will be notified prior to any disclosure of the information we intend to disclose and of the nature and purpose of the disclosure.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

We keep all data that you directly provide to us for up to a year or as long as you have an account with us. If you no longer have an account with us, we will scrub your personal information from all of our transaction logs at the start of our next fiscal year.

Information that is automatically collected in our server access logs is retained for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted (removed) from the server. Information from these logs may be retained for a longer period of time if needed for legal purposes.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we have about you. You also have the right to request the removal of any personal data we have about you, including any data you have provided to us. This does not include any data we are obligated to retain for administrative, security, or legal purposes.
