OUR COMPANY

Kraken IT Services LLC was founded in 2025 by Mike Hayes, CPhT. Mike is a Managing Member and Information Technology Consultant. He runs Kraken alongside spouse Danielle, also a Managing Member.

HELLO THERE! MY NAME IS MIKE.

I started this little company in 2025, after a suggestion from one of my long-time business clients. My goal is simple, to align technology with my clients’ long term business needs and optimize the IT lifecycle.

I have extensive experience with single- and multi- platform environments including Windows, Linux and FreeBSD UNIX, routing & switching, firewall, VPN, WordPress, web design, storage solutions, network architecture and custom infrastructure design. Believe it or not, I built this entire site from scratch using WordPress and host it on my own server. I’m also a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician, so I know a thing or two about HIPAA.
