We are also able to act as project managers, where we plan, organize and execute your solution to our agreed-upon specifications and budget. Kraken also provides after-care support for all of our solutions.

AFTERCARE MATTERS
Post-implementation aftercare support can make a huge difference in an IT project’s success or failure. We take full responsibility and accountability for the success of our work. Our service contracts include routine system maintenance and software patching to keep everything up to date, and we are willing to partner with local managed IT providers if you wish to go beyond simple maintenance and patch management.
